It is a automated call service, that asks for personal info. I dont trust it....especially when I have no known scripts that need refilled.

That doesn't really make a lot of sense to me."Try reading his sentence again, and carefully. He didn't say that at all.He said, once your prescription is filled, the computer is set to call 10 days prior to refill. He didn't say the computer calls you when your prescription is filled. No wonder you thought it didn't make sense. You misread it.

Rude and hangs up on you. When I typed in the number they called, they said don't recognize. I have tried to contact them several times, but obviously they are not willing to let you speak to a representative. Walgreens in general could work on their customer service!?

I got 3 phone calls in one day so far.two an hour and five min apart.called my pharmacy they new nothing.i live in a totaly differnt state. Its a scam.

I keep receiving calls from 402-220-1100 if I do not answer the call shows up as unknown on the caller id. Finally after receiving this call three times a day for three days straight I received a message indicating that it was a refill reminder from Walgreens. This may be helpful to other people but since I did not sign up for this service or need it. I find it really annoying !

I don't even use Walgreens for any shopping whatsoever. Whatever Walgreen's strengths/weakness,I only use Wal-Mart. And ... I never receive any reminders.P.S. One cal is made from Rhode Island; another call is made from Nebraska.Business must be very slow!!!
