Call came @ 7:38 pm. I didn't answer and no message was left. CID said Comvergys Corpo. I've gotten calls from th before.

I received a call from this number today also, I didn't answer because I didn't recognize it. However I did make a change to my Cigna Health Care plan yesterday. So that would make sense that it is a follow up survey.

Liked your comment. Please do it! My ex-wife used to eat Funions and they are some serious deterrents! Yeah, I think that the callers are creeps, too. Go GET them !

For everyone that has gotten upset with "Frustrated Being Frustrated," For everyone that threw a fit about using all caps or threw a fit about people throwing a fit about using all caps...CALM DOWNI was curious what the deal with this phone number is and instead of anything really helpful, I get to read thirty people explaining what an idiot the last guy to post a comment is. I think I would rather talk to the survey people than read these moronic posts. If someone gives you advice and you don't want to follow it, you don't have to insult them; in fact, there is a magic trick for dealing with unwanted advice, DON'T FOLLOW IT!Now then, to whomever reply's to this post, let me save you the trouble. Convergys Corp is a real multi-national corp, which has an agreement with AT & T Mobility (cell phones) to be the adminsitrator of their customer relations. So it is not a threat.

This is a third party marketing company who make these annoying calls for other company's i.e. CIGNA, Citi Bank, etc. they can get your number if you have worked with one of the companies they work for. They can also get your number if you have filled out surveys or questionnaires or clicked on certain advertisements online.More than likely, they don't leave messages because the employees get paid based on the number of people that take a survey, so no point in leaving a voice mail.Lastly, my god some of you people are so easily offended. Gain some perspective. Idiots talking about this company being full of thieves and sociopaths and whatever else. Wow, hopefully none of you are ever confronted by, say, a rapist or murderer. If a phone call that you didn't even answer gets you this upset, God knows you would probably just kill over on principal if you were ever faced with an actual challenge.

The call rang but no message was left. My phones are also on the Do Not Call list. What's it good for if these calls get thru? I don't know who I'm more upset with...the intrusive caller or list management process.

Same here. I have Cigna, I get the calls. Might be the feature where they call you to see how you are doing with a Chronic issue, like Asthma. With my plan, they deposit extra money in my HRA if take a health survey and talk to the nurse when she calls.

I do precisely the same thing. In fact, that's why I'm here. I try to research who it is before I do it.
