Got a call from 402-491-2800; caller id said "Convergys Corpo". I actually thought it was a recording because it sounded almost like a robotic voice. I think the guy said he was doing a survey on behalf of Cigna. I was afraid it was a scam (and because I really had a hard time understanding what he was saying) I politely told him I did not want to participate. He thanked me before hanging up so he may have been legitimate. They usually just hang up on me. when I tell them I don't want to participate!

Same here. Got the call over the weekend. N0 message.

I was recieving calls from them muptiple times a day. As you can see I said"was". I wrote them a certified cease and desist letter w/return receipt along with a copy of the telephone harrassment law ( which you can get at www.ftc.gov ) and the calls magically disappeared. I sent the cease and desist letter to their legal department. I urge anyone who gets these harrassing calls to also do so. I located all Convergys Corp's headquarters and call centers (New York, Cincinnati, Nebraska, etc.) on Google Earth, and ordered drone strikes on all them mf's. They shouldn't be bother-ring any of you anymore. You're welcome.

Convergis is a telemarketing company. They pick up contracts from many differnt companies, when I worked there (many many years ag) I made calls for a lending company and for AT&T and this was only over 3 months of employment. There were at least 6 different companies that we were making calls for. They have both outbound and inbound call centers, so they also take in coming calles for 800 numbers. There are many different company's they represent.

I keep getting calls from Convergis Knowl 402-494-2800, I don't answer and they never leave a message. I'm also on the do not call list and this is very annoying, if it's important enough to keep calling then you'd think they'd leave a message.

Ignorance is Bliss!! You should never answer a call from someone that you do not know! I have no clue as to why anyone would think otherwise or be so naive. There was a time when there were no or very few SCAMS! However, with the way technology is today, crooks, thieves, con artists, spankters, etc. find tons of creative ways to take advantage of the public. As an individual who has had my identity compromised twice, I would suggest that you give pause and consideration to your position of patience and trusting someone that you do not know! It could save you money, agony, abuse, and/or your life. If you are so compassionate about answering calls fron UNKNOWN and/or UNIDENTIFED calls, at best, request they send you something in the mail! And, major corporations do not call you direct for surveys or information. They hire marketing professionals. Therefore, they are sharing your personal information with a THIRD PARTY. Therefore, you should be alarmed.With that in mind, STOP the ASININE thinking about being so polite to someone that perhaps is preying on you for ILL-WILL! It is rational, in today's world, and most law enforcement agencies suggest not to answer these type calls. The FCC NATIONAL and STATE DO NOT CALL LIST would not have be conceived as a vehicle to fight just what you are PROMOTING! If you have so much time on your hands research and read what I am trying to tell you and/or update yourself and read about it on the INTERNET. SANE TO THE INSANE

I have gotten calls from this number on my cell, saying they are Convergys and wanting me to take a brief survey about the raising price of gas. Well hello what about running up my cell minutes doing the survey and I know I am on the do not call list. The only reason I did answer it, I did know the area code as my son lives in Washington and I thought maybe he was calling me from a different number. Well, I won't answer it again. I will be filing a report on them also.

Got a call from them today (Sunday at about 8:00pm). It was somebody conducting a survey from Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield regarding my recent customer service. I just told him I wasn't interested.
