I just spoke with Convergys Corporation from this number. They conducted a survey regarding my experience with my insurance company recently. They are a company that allows their employees to work from home to assist with customer service type calls and surveys that they conduct on behalf of their clients (Cigna Health for me). Harmless, the corporate company is actually base here in Lake Mary, FL. It is very hard to hear them and there are delays in the communication because the calls are recorded. They did not ask any personal information like accounts, dob, ssn, or anything just verified my name.

Thats [***] they call and there is no cigna insurance here or has ever been here at our home.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer but it makes sense that it's BCBS because I just cancelled my insurance.

But they should honor the National Do NOT Call list also

They are not a survey calls. THEY ARE BILL COLLECTORS trying to identify the persons at your phone number!!!!!

I got a call from them today even though I'm on the DNC list. i didn't answer, they didn't left any message ang I keep getting calls.
