#402-491-2800 is for CIGNA us healthcare and this number is for their survey dept and it should be only for CIGNA insurance customers. As far as to my knowledge they only call after you have placed a call to them asking about insurance and changes to your insurance and not to solicit for their gain - this is just a customer survey to see if you were treated in a very appreciable manner over the phone
I've received two calls so far. 402-491-2800. I didn't answer either but they call even on Labor Day? I don't know anyone in Nebraska so I'm not going to answer...
gotten calls from this number twice. i don't pick up but there is no message or anything like it to identify who it is or why they're calling. incredibly annoying.

Called me three days in a row after 7pm with no message left. They called today and I answered! The lady on the line identified herself as from some Marketing research company and then asked me if I was talking on my cell phone. When I said yes she said "sorry" and then hung up...
Sorry bud, but I just got a call from this number today at 5:43pm. I had my cell on silent so that's how I missed it, but I've never done business with CIGNA, from what I'm seeing about the random calls from this number I'm not sure I ever want to. I'm certainly making a complaint to the Missouri Attorney General about this number.
i got a call from them at 8:30 pm on wednesday april 8th. and i live in allyn washington and have never even heard of this company cigna health. i didnt answer and it went to voice mail and ne message was left
I received a call from this number on my cell phone and when I didn't recognize it, I just ignored it. Since I'm cautious about calls to my cell, I looked on here and found your posts. I did indeed call CIGNA, my insurance carrier, 2 days ago. So I'm ok with them calling me. What I do want to explain to those bothered by these calls is that all healthcare businesses are "rated" by customer service these days. At a hospital, our QI numbers are actually BASED on your responses. Don't be too hard on CIGNA for calling, they don't cross your reference your area code for time zones (hence the evening calls) and they are just doing what's required in today's healthcare market.
