I received this call today -- and it was a survey from Cigna Health care because I called yesterday to ask about my benefits.
I called the number back and it was Converges Marketing Research. They called me twice last night.
Sorry IrishYou are almost entirely and unanimously outnumbered by people who agree All Caps is rude and obnoxious...
Thanks for the "heads up"~~~ I'm in the same boat!!! Have gotten several and and quite annoyed with them.
Converges Marketing Research. I just called them back and got a recording. You can leave your name, number, and time of day to have a member of management contact you or to remove your number from the system. I recommend the second option if you aren't on the Do Not Call list. If you are on it, I recommend talking to a member of management.

This Is NOT Wells Fargo! It does seem legit, but it is NOT. I called Wells Fargo & they said no one called me. ALWAYS call the # on the back of your credit card no matter what company it is.
