The person calls from this number, and talks with a strong accent, hard to understand. When I checked my caller id log, I see they have called before. It was someone conducting a survey about grocery stores and shopping habits, I did catch that he said the company was MSRI.

Yes, they are debt collectors, usually for medical debt. I believe I also get mail from them. They called me this morning 4/29, I rejected the call, no message left.

I recieved a call from this number at 7:30pm on April 14, 2009. Not so late for me. I didn't answer it because I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, that is what they made caller ID for. I am not on the do not call list but I rarely get solicitation calls anyway and can register if ever necessary. I appreciate all the posts. I called asking about some benefits with our health insurance company although it is not affiliated with the one mentioned here. Sounds like a survey company with many clients such as cigna healthcare, grocery stores and other survey opportunities. Maybe my healthcare provider also uses them. I most likely will never know since I don't plan to answer that call and they left no message in my voicemail.

And here's ANOTHER new pain! We're ALSO on the DNC & I got this 1 this morning (5/2/09) at 11:54 AM CT. A hang up, as usual. If these messages are so important, then why don't they leave any messages???

get calls around 9PM from this number, whoever it is needs to stop calling my cell number. I will not pick up. I don't want to hear from anyone in India! And if I find out that my cell phone service authorized another company who buys cell phone number, then we will have a little chat as my privacy is supposed to be protected.

Well if you talk about me, i also have received several calls from Convergys corp, and i have answered all of them. They just ask you the experience, like what was experience when you called up customer service!!!I believe they are trying to improve our customer service experience. And we being a foolish people, we are not able understand that it is this all about improving our customer service experience.!!!

Went to answering machine. Just kept beeping so they are now blocked.

I just got a call from the (402)491-2800 just a few minutes ago. I did a whitepages.com reverse lookup and got an approximate location. I don't live too far from there. Next time I am passing through I will stop in to say hello and leave me alone or I will belch with funyons on my breath at their manager/supervisor. Just because I have an out of state number does not mean I live out of state. Cellular phones have a general prinicipal, mobility.
