These guys have called me a few times including Sunday night at 8:30pm. I have never answered their call and they have not left a message. I am not a member of CIGNA so have no clue why they would be calling me.
My calls from this number are usually between 9:30pm - 10:30pm. Its very annoying. How can we get them to stop?
I received a call from this number today, 5/9/2009, at 7:38PM ET in Washington, DC. My cell phone has a Hawaii area code (808) and my service is T-Mobile. I didn't pick up the call and just selected 'Decline,' no voice mail was left. I hope the phone companies and services do something about this exposed vulnerability in nuisances.
Funny how every time this year when I'm waiting for a call back from anthem blue cross, I get a call from 402-491-2800. Rings three times and hangs up. PRICKS However I did change my at&t plan in Jan 2014.
I am too on the National Do Not Call list. It amazes me all the posts about this phone number. It is a survey company. Which by the way is NOT covered on the National Do not call list only telemarketers. The surveys are not selling anything. Just as Political and Non profits can call soliciting for donations. I get a lot of calls even though I am on the do not call list. I have a notebook and keep a record of the numbers. This was the first time for this number so the next time they call I'll do the survey. I don't have Cigna but it could be USPS they are doing the Survey for. I take it then no more calls!
Got a call from this number at 6:46pm. If I don't recognize the number - I don't answer. That is what voicemail is for. Still, they don't leave a voicemail! I have AT&T AND Cigna Dental. If they don't leave a voicemail...their loss!

I got a call from this number and they asked to speak to the person who handled the Office Depot account...I put her on hold...came back and gave her a fake name.
