I called the number and it's a recording saying they are converges cust intelligence service which is calling to invite you to join a marketing group to give opinions on items we use daily yada yada. I just blocked the number
I am in Northern California, and received 3 calls in a row last night from this number. No message was left, however caller ID stated Nebraska.We are on a do not call AND we are private and restricted number and I still got these calls.
It look's like a collector. A strange one but a collector all the same They clame to be a "Provider of outsourced, integrated customer management services"They bought the debt for dirt and are hopeing to get what they can out of it. Mine is a 4 year old Cap.one acct.
This number just called me I didn't answer 409-491-2800 and whoever it was never left a message.
It is Sunday 10-12 and they called me once yesterday and twice today. Let all 3 calls ring until sent to voicemail and they leave no message. Pretty annoying.
Got a call from this number today. As far as I know I don't owe anyone any money so I don't see how this could be a collector. Very strange though. Didn't answer, no voicemail.
Convergy's is a call center in Ogden/Riverdale Utah. I live in Utah and applied for work with them until they told me who they do business for. Its an Outsourcing call center company. They have numerous companies they deal with....American Express, Citibank, CIGNA insurance ect., so they are cold calling you to either about your account or to sign up for an account.

This Is NOT Wells Fargo! It does seem legit, but it is NOT. I called Wells Fargo & they said no one called me. ALWAYS call the # on the back of your credit card no matter what company it is.
