I received two calls from this number they claimed to represent my bank on regards to a recent charge I do not like these kinds of calls and have a credit card alert on my Visa card which keeps me informed on how much and who is using it. I refuse to answer any of these kinds of intrusions!

It is really legit. I called the bank. it was south state bank.

Yes this a legit credit/debit card fraudulent transaction company. They call to verify unusual activity. My account was stolen 2days ago. The company is based out of Omaha, Nebraska because that's where all credit/debit cards are made. I had no idea the charges on my account until I went & seen myself.

They want you to state your name and phone number so they can record it. Then make fraudulent purchases under your name.

It's still much safer to call the number on the back of your card than trust a number that's unfamiliar to you.

Basically, they just want to verify as much info about you as they can so they can start using your info.

I received a call from this number 2 times today. For one was just some static. Second call I actually talked to someone and the claimed to be with fraud dept from by bank. I had attempted to make a large purchase online last night and for some reason the transaction was denied. I figured it was denied for security purposes. When person called then knew my name and my last 8 or 10 transactions. Kind of freaked me out so I immediately called my bank. Luckily they do have some after hour reps you can talk to. I was told by them that this was not a call from them. They immediately cancelled my debit cards. Hopefully I got it done in time.

Received two phone calls from this number, on the caller ID it says they are calling from First Data Credit Card Processing. When I pick up it's just a bunch of static and then hangs up.

Called my bank, they informed me that Visa contacted me. They said that multiple people have called asking about this. She was unsure to why they are not using a 1-800 number. She told me multiple times it was legitimate.
