Oh my god they did the same thing to me it took me almost 2 hours and they really bashed Telus and when i called Telus they never said one bad word about Shaw!!! Shaw treats their existing customers like [***]! I was with them for 12 years and they ripped me off lots of money and never gave me credit for it always excuses.
yes!!called again 1-403-310-2255!!!i call the TELUS!!! i got Debbie and ask to remove my number out of the list...well because the number is on my husband name!!i cannot do it!!!i work at night and my husband at day time!!so.. i was the one to hear the none stop ringing of the phone!!they have all the right to use the phone number when ever????thank you telus company!!!i work at night and sleep at day time and the wonderful people of your wake me up!!!the number is not on my name but!!! i pay the phone bill's!!!!
All's I did was go to Yellow Pages.ca, type in Telus, Calgary, Ab. and the seventh phone no. in the list was Telus Website 310-2255.I just finished putting my phone no. in the DNCL - really easy.The next step, if they persist, is to catalogue and report to the RCMP.I did that before with a collection agency who was trying to get me to deliver a message to a total stranger across the street. The agency did not hesitate to send me an apology and I never heard from them again.We have privacy laws. These corporate megalomaniacs are not immune.
Caller claimed he was from a third party (sorry don't remember the name) but "calling on behalf of Telus". He new my first name and that I was a Telus Mobility client already. Wanted to offer a bundle of Telus Mobile service with home phone and Optik TV. I said no thanks but had to hang up on him as he wouldn't take no for an answer.Delays on the call tells me it's a VOIP call from oversees.
This number has been calling my house and my cell for months, many times per day.How do you stop it? I never answer this number.
have been getting these calls for months n months, april 4th is when I started getting fustrated with inturuptions by this caller who keeps asking for the owner of the household I ask who they r, they repeat and say may I speak to owner of household, meantime I am angry because you didnt answer me, I said If i wanted any business wit hTelus which Im not dealing wit htelus Im charging you for hrassement do not call back!!!...yesturday and today the ycall did same thing, first it was a man with accent(asain my best bet) then a girl who repeated herself like a she was in the mountians ello ello hello ellooo, got angry aboutit, I said I wil lfind you and charge you for harrassment, do they not listen in first place yet you want t ospeak to owner of household when owner going to shove the phone up yr damn [***] pissheads. sick of this harassment people get away with over the phone...someone get these stoopid [***] to lay the hell off. my god!!!!
Here's a couple of tricks a find work wellGet a police whistle or something similar answer the call and as soon as they start speaking give a short but forceful whistle into the phone. Don't hang up. Just wait for them to start talking again and repeat. It won't take long for them to hang up. You might get a couple more calls after that but they will take you off their listThe second is to play dumb. Wait for them to go through their speal then tell them that you don't understand your that you wernt listening and get them to repeat it. If they ask if there is a better time to call say no this is fine If nothing more you'll have some fun and piss them off
I get annoying call everyday from 403-310-2255 number. I called telus they said they can not do anything to block this call. I have a telus phone why the [***] they will call me.
