For me it was an automated message confirming my telus appt. I have telus tv, and I LOVE it, WAY better than Shaw. I've never had an issue with Telus's customer support either.
Today I get a call from 403-310-2255 DEAD AIR when I answer!Not surprised!I tried phoning it back:Try #1 The call is local so no need for a 1.Try # 2 The number I dialled is now long distance!Try # 3 The call is local so no need for a 1.SMART! What a run around!Time to stop this CRAP! Between scammers ant telemarketers time wasted is a lot!WHAT TO DO? WHAT TO DO?
Telus is still calling from this number, asking for the "owner of this number". NOT very pleasant, rude actually. Wanted me to sign up for Telus Internet and Optic TV. I am sticking with Shaw, thank you very much!!
I phone the business number for Telus and got a spiel that went on for 10min.Waiting to talk to some one 6min.Instead,of waiting, I hung up and phoned the 1-800-567-0000 another spiel but this time I waited 24mins.Talk personally to Cheryl and she said, "I would be taken off the list in 3 business days".Lets hope this works.We will See!If it does! Which I am sure it will. OR I will KEEP BUGGING THEM DAILY! IF NOT 3Xs A DAY!!I am thankful to this sight, that others with the same complaint, writes and helps out others.THANKS DEE
