Yea I got a couple calls from them. They don't leave a message, so I don't call back. If a call is important enough, they'll leave a message. Maybe Trudeau should make new laws that prohibit Canadian companies from contracting out to other countries and strictly. Then again, what am I saying? This is Justin Trudeau. So forget that idea. He would probably ask Telus to contract its jobs out to people in Syria - seeing as how he's allowing oodles of them to come here despite rational objections against it.
You should know that Shaw specifically operates their call centres within Canada. The Chairman has always believed that they should employ the people in the communities they serve. I don't work for Shaw, nor do I benefit by promoting them (although I am a Shaw customer), but I have this information from a very reliable source.
Early pm no ID just phone number so of course we did not pick up. Nor did they leave message. :)
Keep getting calls from this number but when I answer there is no reply. Just open line. Very annoying.
Another daft prick calling from Telus. All day, everyday this [***] calls and clogs up my voicemail with blank messages, interrupts work calls, etc. Just tried calling Telus on their 1-888 number to complain and there is a 45+ minute wait. Shocking.

I just have to say I am so impressed with Shaws customer service over the years !! I have used Bell and Telus in the past. I keep returning to Shaw. Honestly I dont work for Shaw. Just really impressed by there customer service staff relative to other providers !
No it isn't wrong. What's wrong is is not taking care of the people in your own back yard ! Out sourcing is cheap labour leading to the death of the middle class, and widening the gap between wealth and poverty. Creating lower wages in our own country, to compete. WTFU !
You are very uneducated if you believe that exactly what you cited as "red neck" isnt the very thing destroying our economies WORLD WIDE. If you believe outsourcing is good you are supporting slave labour world wide period. Dont you have google in your bubble ? How about a library ? Why dont you go to Tims and ask the employees about there wonderful life in Canada ? Go to China and ask the 10 cent slaves building your products, how they are doing ? Wow !

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
