I have NO outstanding debts, and these people keep calling me, just with different numbers! So fed up with it! Never leave a message either, and when I call back, they don't identify themselves, so I hang up.
Just got a call from this number, cell phone didn't ring. Good, at least mr call block is working now.
I receive calls all the time too. I never answer if I don't recognize the number. These scammers have about 50,000 different numbers they never leave messages either. SICK OF IT so every now and then I will answer and scream in the phone. They hang up quick. Don't they anything better to do than bug and bug people. I have no outstanding debts right now so I don't waste my time talking to them.BIG TIME SCAMMERS.
They keep Calling and Calling,, I don't even no the name of the person they keep wanting,, They contact me at least 10 times a day,,
Just got a call from this number. Portfolio Recovery. Didn't leave a message. This company has so many numbers they call from. They call at all hours of the day and night!
Isn't there a limit on how many times a debt collector can call in one day? I know they don't play by the rules, but I thought it was like 4.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
