I AM REPORTING THESE ROBO CALLS TO FTCCOMPLAINTASSISTANT.GOV TAKES ALL OF 2 MINS AND JUST MAYBE IF WE ALL DID THIS THEY WOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

a woman with this number claimed that she is with comcast and wants to take my past due payment. seems a scan to me 404-921-4162

Out of the blue last night, close to 7 PM, some guy calls, asking for me, but by my former married name. Man, I should've hung up, cos my heart starts banging away like it's trying to break out, but I correct him. Then, he drops a bomb, says he's been looking for me for 10 yrs cos I owe a bunch of money. I can't believe what I'm hearing, but when I express disbelief, he starts putting me down, then, I guess he's reading, starts rambling off stuff; credit card, car, something else, and he knows about the bankruptcy. Like my bad marriage, it's all in the past and I don't think about it. This was stuff from 15 yrs ago!! When I try to explain nothing's owed from the bankruptcy, he says; "You're not listening!" He says this 3 or 4 times, says the bankruptcy didn't take care of the debts. How does he know, I forgot what year it happened. Doesn't believe me when I say I don't recall what kind of car I drove then, and he gets sarcastic. "You don't remember what CAR you drove?" No. I didn't admit to anything, but each time he read off the amount I supposedly owe, I'm getting more confused, and he hammers away, patronizing, demanding my address, raising his voice. I even tell him to stop, and he says he's not being patronizing. I start giving my address, and, omg, he's suddenly hard of hearing, tells me to slow down, spell it, repeat it, demands I take the phone away from my face, it takes 15 min. I feel like I'm being beaten up. I was manipulated, bullied, patronized, and insulted. Then, with a sneer in his voice, he tells me to go get a job, and have a nice day. It wasn't til I hung up that I realized he didn't give his name or the company name. It showed on the caller ID; portfolioreddy 404-921-2521.

This young lady just called my phone on 01/06/2015 talking about i need to pay my bill an if not my service will be cut off i told whom ever was on this line how you calling me from comcast an you calling me from a 404 number which if i owe comcast any money on a bill they call me from a 1-866 # plus i pull out my bill which i wrote down my payment from last month an the payment thts coming out my account on 01-07-2015 butt she stated tht she not in front of her computer to check when i made a payment she not at her desk butt if i can't pay my bill then they have to come to my house an pick up my boxes.. Her number was 404-921-4162...... I'am on the phone with comcast now scam scam trying to get your credit card information... Please please call the company before you give out any information to anybody on phone..

I won $1000 from these morons...they settled out of court because my lawyer ask for a jury trial...seems NO debt collector has EVER won a harassment lawsuit filed against them. They had to pay my lawyer $3500 fee, too. Thanks, Portfolio Recovery Associates, you had to PAY ME! Haha!!!!! Laughed all the way to the bank.

This is Portfolio Associates (404-921-2521). Constantly call here looking for a M. Hamde. Have asked them at least a dozen times he has never had this number and lived at this address over 10 years ago. Advised would contact my attorney if I received one more call from them.

i work third shift, they call three four times week waking me i have ask them to call(its for a realitive) after four they say they can not because a computer makes the calls yea right it is my home phone how do i block and what is the name of company

BEWARE! These people are a scam. They call me every day and have been calling my sister and parents on their unlisted numbers. I think they linked us together by facebook, because I never listed them as references or emergency contacts and we all have different last names! They are calling about credit card debt that doesnt belong to me.
