Received a call from this number on my cell phone. Did not answer; caller hung up without leaving a message. Similar story to the others'.

I am on "Do not call" registry, how are they able to call?

I got 3 calls from this number on my CELL PHONE! How in the hell they got that I do not know. Their computerized speel was "We understand you have over $10.000 in unsecured debt" (Which I do NOT!) Because my sister worked in debt settlement, I immediately called them back on my HOUSE PHONE. First it said 'all lines are busy' then the second time it went into a real quick busy signal. I have tried to call them numerous times and it just goes dead. I guess too many people are onto their scam. I was wanting them to REMOVE my name from their call list as I, too, am on the DO NOT CALL list.

I tried to call the # back and I got a recording saying my call could not be competed at this time. And they called my cell phone!

Received unwanted call from 406-720-2099. Caller ID read "Credit Services". No one was on line when I answered it so I hung up. Glad I did after reading these posts.

Gary,If you read back a couple of pages, you will see that "their" Do Not Call list is just as bogus as they are. Apparently it does not work.

Look folks... you need to learn & understand that NOBODY out there got up this morning with the intent of doing some stranger like you a favor! The world does not work that way. If anyone calls you telling you they will save you money, RUN!! ALWAYS ask:What is in it for them? (Remember NOBODY works for free! NOBODY! You don't do you? What makes you think someone else is?! )Tell them you want to check them out first. with your lawyer or your credit company. Anything. A real legitimate outfit will not mind if you check them out. They WANT you to check them out, it would make their job easier. Crooks, on the other hand hate it.

The do not call list is like any other law made.. it is ONLY as good as the government's desire to enforce it.There is nobody enforcing the do not call list... so the law is worthless. They have plenty of money to put State Police on the road to give people trying to feed their family expensive traffic tickets. But no money to enforce laws protecting us from scammers like these guys.Let's you know how things really work in this screwed up country anymore.
