I have received calls from two different phone numbers claiming to be Chase Bank. I called back and the guy on the phone demanded my account # or social security #. I told him I wasn't comfortable giving either out over the phone and he told me there was nothing that he could do for me and hung up. I called my local Chase branch and they told me that it is likely a scam. I am up-to-date on payments and there is no reason for them to be calling me, nor do they need my information because they already have it.

Have been getting calls from this number every day starting at 5 a.m and last call at midnight. No one ever talks or leaves a message. Must be very desperate to get money for a scam. Sorry for the depression that the republicans caused but they can't get money from bankruptcy.

Same thing as above.Other Numbers to watch for...2242228004and8004245004both are also chase numbers.I just put them in my cell phone as Dont Answer as the name lol

Been customer over 10 years. I have never been late with any of my payments. Always have paid double or triple the minimum payment which is $60.00. They have all of a sudden asking for a minimum payment of $300.00.Now my next payment is due on the 30th and they have been calling my home and my job since the 10th without even missing a payment. So how come they are harrassing someone who has never missed a payment nor paid late.

I'm getting calls from (407) 771-0887 -- 9 today so far, 8 yesterday, 11 the day before -- and I don't even have any accounts with Chase!

This Phone number(407-771-0887 ) has been calling 10 to 12 times a day every day both Saturday and Sunday.What's someones best guess as to how long they keep it up.It's been almost 2 months now.

This is NOT Chase bank! I did call Chase @ their 1-800 number from my statement, and they have zero record of anyone calling my number, in fact they don't even know the phone number that was used. The best bet is to register on www.donotcall.gov, and also log a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission @ www.ftc.gov where you will receive a claim number (keep this!). I've been receiving these calls about 15 times per day and no one is ever there to answer. If this doesn't work I'm going to my state representative for advice!

Chase keeps calling and calling and never leaves messages. They are a big pest!!! I wish I can take my business elsewhere!

they never stopalready canceled card and worked a deal out 0% interest. they still call every hour. time to send a fax I guess. also recordings don't work in court unless they are still on the original device. So you can't transfer anything from your phone. maybe that's why they never leave a message.
