caller id said "Florida", hung up b4 message machine kicked in. probably another wannabe crook.

Called in morning-when I answered they hung up-Very annoying and suspicious--

Wow, "your health plan" is much more persistent than is typical. Maybe they got your number from your insurance company or health-care provider? I get the rest of the similar scam robocalls with messages about home security, FBI warnings, phishing schemes, callerid4u racketeers, "I have won something", etc., but no health-care scams yet. Given the frequency of that caller, hope I don't!

HOW TO BLOCK CALLS: Your telephone provider will not tell you how to block unwanted calls because the callers also are customers. My service, COX, shows the caller's name and phone number on the tv screen. I went to the manufacturer of my land-line telephone's website and clicked "Contact us" which connected me for an online chat. A representative needed the model number. He gave me step-by-step instructions on how to block calls showing "Unavailable" or with no telephone number. It's wonderful, it rings once and then the caller is cut off. I smile.

When you call this number, you get "this number is not in service."

Call from (407) 987-5239 telemarketer. On do not call list in my state and Federally.

I received one of these calls also. I suspect that they are not only calling from a foreign country, but that they may be using the Do Not Call list as a source of numbers to call. How many of you who received such calls are also on the do not call list?
