Yeah I got a call from that 415_952_5630 and hes was trying to tell me that some place was trying to sue me and that where tryin to press charges and like I told this micheal jordan I didnt do that and I wasnt paying them

I am being totally harrassed by this number..this man who sounds like he is from India is calling at least once an hour threatening me...whois this guy???

I got a call from these people just a few minutes ago. The guy left a message, and was very demanding that I call back, and then threatening if i didn't call back, that the consequences would be on me. He stated his name was Eric Miller, and had a very heavy Indian accent. I called back, angry at the tone of his message, and spoke to someone who claimed her name was Michelle Brown, also with a heavy accent, claiming to be an attorney and that I had been contacted by one of her paralegals regarding Pay Day Loans that i had not paid. She stated she wanted my attorneys information to fax legal documents regarding this matter, then asked if I had not been receiving phone calls from the police department last week. When i said no, she said that I was getting arrested today, and proceeded to hang up the phone on me.. These people need to find something else to do.

I got this phone call today. The voicemail was from some asian or indian woman and I only understood about 3 words that she said. I called back and was told the I have to pay this debt from a payday loan or I was going to be arrested at my job in 48 hours. They told me my company name and gave me other information about me that no one should know. I cussed her out like any southern girl would, and was promptly hung up on. Then I called back....30 times, since that is how many times they called me in a 2 hour period. Every time they hung up. So I called from another number and spoke with "Micheal Carter and Christina Hunt" They wanted me to pay over the phone with the. When I started asking questions they hung up and then never answered the phone again. Glad that my mother didnt raise a fool! BBB was informed about it today also.

I just received a call today from a Michele Brown saying that I will be arrested tomorrow because of a payday loan that I supposedly taken out but never payed back. When I ask for information about the account she hung up on me. I tried to call back and they are not answering the phone.

I am so glade to know that I am not the only one that has had a problum with this person I just recived the same call saying that a company called cash advance was filling charges against me for like 640 dollars but I have never gotten any money of any kind from them I was contacted by cash advance by phone and denied them verbaly the right to pull any money from my account for " aplication prossesing fees" is what they called it . they sai I needed to pay them 30 dollars so that they could send me an app via email and i told them no i dont think so and a few days latter had 30 dollars taken out of my account any ways but no loan in return so now my bank account is frozzen cause of them and they are sapposidly the ones that are filling a lawsuit against me and the told me that on monday the cops would be at my house with an arrest warrent I am thinking about contacting a lawyer and filling a lawsuit against these people. If you are interested in filling with me I will poast an update monday or tuesday on weather or not there is a lawer that will help not only me but every one that is poasting on here about these people if i can find one that will help i will poast the name and number for them.

I went into work and I recieved a message saying to call John Stevens from the Department of Leagal Investigations at the number 415-952-5630 ASAP. I am embarrassed, this person called my place of employment. I work at a daycare and now they think I have legal problems. I need to know how to stop this person from calling my place of employment.

I to recieved multiple phone calls from these people and they threatend to have me arrested. They sound as if they are from INDIA. There were several calls with several different call back numbers all which trace back to a Vo IP phone number the names they are using ar Eric Johnson, Roy King Rbin MillerOne number was 818-446-6753, 415-952-5630. Roy King was very rude to me on the phone and threatend that I would be arrested in one day If I did not pay him 420.00 I could not understand the lw firm that he supposedly worked for but he told me to go to walmart and by a greendot card and to call him with the number from the back of the card.he first demanded I pay 840.00. Thanks to this blog I have the confidence to tell him to take a hike and that I am pressing charges against them for harrasment. I will be calling my boss and letting them know what is happening in the morning. I am also filing charges with my local atthoritees in the morning. I will be ready for him when he calls tomorrow and I will give him an earful when he does.
