I keep getting these calls from Mr.Murphy he tells me that I have to have my lawyer call immediately or there will be cops coming to arrest me.He tells me that they are getting me on fraud!!! He sounds like he is from India as he surely can't say my name correct. I have changed all my bank info also. It is really getting annoying him calling constantly. Sometimes he is calling 3 and 4 times a day. Seems like there could be some type of legal action we can put against these people.

I was called and said they were going to have me arrested on Monday10/29/12. I am supposed to own some payday loan company back interest. I have never received any loan from those people I don't know what they are talking about. I will be picked up by the sheriff's dept. Mon if I don't pay it.

Me and my husband have been receiving these calls too. And they called his work and he could lose his job!! We did finally talk to some one at that number (415-952-5630) by the name Angel Shank and we told her we finished bankruptcy and she hung up. It's a total scam!!! We will be reporting tomorrow morning after the kids go to school! I'm so glad I found this site!! Thank you to whoever started this!!!!!

I received a call from (415) 952-5630 and the man with a heavy Indian accent said I have a police report on me and my social security number. He said I needed to call Michael Carter at (415) 952-5630 for more information on this report.

I just spoke with a male from this number who told me my social security number and kept asking for my attorneys infor - this is a scam - I read back to him all the comments from this webside - I am so grateful to all who have submitted info on this number....consumers must look out for one another against things such as this....

I don't understand this company who are they & why haven't they been caught yet? I filed a complaint with the FTC and I told the guy that when I called them back, I did not give them my name or anything wth are these a** and where are they getting this crap from

Someone must still be falling for this, as it is still happening 5 months after the report was on national news.

They called and said I needed to pay $649. by Monday are I was going to get arested for froud. I asked for the name of the company and they said to call back Monday at this number 415-952-5967. They wanted me to call from western union. I said I would but then I decided to ckeck out the phone Number. That is when I found this web site. They would not give me any other info other then they were with a lawfirm.

this guy constantly harrasses me saying he sewing for me cash advance fraud and i have no clue what he is talking about . he has ALL my information as well!! and police cannot do anything about it!!
