OMG-I just got a call from this guy and freaked out! He said I have warrants coming but my friend works for the police department and she checked and hasn't seen anything. His name is Edward Marshall-Cali number but he sounded wide awake on business when i called him back 8 a.m. my time/5 a.m. his time. I have been a nervouse wreck---just waiting to see what happens. He called me at work and stated "i wish you luck as this situation unfolds on you if you don't return my call"-when i blocked my number, no answer-when i unblocked it was answerede

What happened did they come and arrest u?

I got the same call @ work, but from a Samantha. She told me that if myself or my attorney do not call then it will unfold on me. And she told me good luck!!!! She also said it was time sensitive.

i've been getting the same call from my cell phone. we should ALL CALL THIS GUY OR GAL ALL DAY LONG!!!!!!I'VE BEEN DOING IT. MY TURN TO HARASS THEM!!! GETTING TIRED OF THIS B.S. 415-952-5630, 214-547-7643, 401-648-7436, ALL THE SAME PERSON. BLOCK UR NUMBER AND CALL AND IF NO ANSWER LEAVE A MESSAGE

How can i stop these calls? they call everyday and they keep threatening me with jail time. Also they called my grandmas house and left message there stating i had a warrant and i havent stayed there for 10 years. where do they get this info. WHAT CAN I DO?

got exact same call today at work-"David" told me to call "Roy King" about "financial fraud charges" against me. I just took the number, which was the same number on the caller ID that David was calling from and said bye. IF he calls back asking for my attorney information again, I'm going to tell him "I AM an attorney!" and see if they'll quit calling.

Got a call today tilling me I was being sowed and thy we going to put a wount out for me and I was going to jail his name was Roy king got to thinking who's sowing me he whoud not till me told me to go to Walmart buy a green dot money card put 490.65 on it hell no no no till me why he hong up on me so I goggle Roy king green dot scams and found this list thy called me from a different number it was 1-202-656-0317. !!!!!!!! I was getting about 9 to 10 calls a day from these people my boyfriend just got off the phone with them. My boyfriend asked them what their and their mothers address was. lol. My boyfriend wasnt too kind on the reasoning for asking what their address was. Dont think there is anything you can realy do but joke about it

I received a call from Peter Andrew at the dept. of legal ???????. I was on another call at the time and my co-worker took the call. She said that it was from "one of my friends". I get calls like this all the time at work and am very very upset about it. They are all fraudulent and I have turned the name and number of the person that called to my Identity Theft Company as well as the FBI; BBB and local Law enforcement. They can not do anything but just take the information.I tried to call them on my personal phone and the line cut off. I am trying right now to call from work number and I get a beep and no one answers the call.To me it it just a fraudulent and scam call., I wish that they could catch these bas.........ds. They think that they own the world but most of us do not take it. I just waited while I was typing this info in there any noone answered the call.I am not going to dignify them by calling another time if they can not answer the first time. Just be aware that this phone number is out there .

this just happened to me on Monday, only they used a number of508-313-8122 and contacted me at work. He repeated old information about me from like three years ago, and is also using my old last name before my divorce. I reported to the police and FTC. He told me on Monday that If I did not give him the money I owed ($556.63) + $1000.00 per days that he would turn me over to the athorities and that they would be coming to my work to arrerst me and investigate. REALLY???? they do not do that in america... This guy is not from the united states and thinks he is being really smart.Just last night I received a voice message from the same guy... he has an accent that sounds like India. Told me that it is urgent that I have my attorney call him as I am being brought up on charges for fraud and that it was urgent that I call him... only this time he is using 415-952-5630.Hope the FBI catches this creep, because he is harrassing me at work... If he calls again, I am going to give him a piece of my mind.
