this india dude called my house back to back threatening me , i couldnt understand the guy, all i heard on my voice mail was jail and attorney, so i called da number back like 7 times wit no answer, so i decided to google the number and see all this,i cant wait for this guy to call me back, so i can act a damn fool on him,he had me thinking dat i was going to jail, and i dont even do nuffin,

I got a call today on this. Guy (with heavy Indian accent) called looking for my attorny info. I said for what? He said the Sheriffs office didnt contact you last week? I said no, he said oh you need to call Mike Carter at 415-952-5630 and he can explain. I said why cant you, he said cause I dont have your file, he does. Im just calling for your attorney's info. I look at the caller ID and its the SAME NUMBER he's calling from. So I call it back. Mike said he would appreciate it if I didnt interupt him, so I didnt. He said blah blah, check fraud and deception and I will be arrested. Then he said, I'm done. So I replied with my defense and then he interupted me, I said I did not interupt you, I appreciate you didnt interupt me, he then stated that letters will be going out to my job and home tomorrow and I will be arrested as well.

I too have had these calls. I just reported them to the FTC at www.ftc.gov and used the automated complaint assistant. Very quick and easy and produces a report number for your records.

This number keeps showing up on my cell phone and calling me on my job. The person says it is an urgent matter but they do not name the company or state what it is regarding. The first person never stated their name. This seemed like a scam so I looked it up on the web

They didn't even get to tell me anything before I questioned them! I asked for their law license numbers and everything and who is suing me, they made up some name Michelle Brown from California, and. I live in Ohio! This is a total scam! I cussed them out so bad, told them I called the FBI, and the FTC, they hung up! They aren't getting a dime out of me!

this man has called my wife also,please let me know where to find him...... im not the one to mess with. i will fly out to him and show him a real good time, said we will be getting papers at work to be sued that we have done check deseption etc... wow. what a morron.sombody please let me know where to find this guy

Got a call from this number. When I picked up, the line was silent. They called back and left a message. I blocked the phone number because 1) my name is not Willie and 2) the number they called was my cell phone. This is a fraudulent call. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY AND HAVE THIS NUMBER BLOCKED. "This message is intended for Willie Snap. Willie, as soon as you receive this message, I need you or your retained attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time-sensitive. My name is {unintelligible} and the hotline to my division is 415 952 5630. I repeat it's 415 952 5630. Don't disregard this message and do return the call. Now, if you don't return the call and we don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you. Goodbye."

Got a phone call saying I was about to be arrested and there was a warrant out for my arrest on a loan. His name was Michael. Very rude, threaten me and very disrespectful. He has been harassing my home phone number that my parents live at and making them worry. This needs to be stopped.

ok,these people are not in the untied states,i called them back for hours the other day and finaly got on their nerves, called them cow f##king low lifes asked how they liked us droping bombs on their country, if they liked are seal teams killing their familys,etc... i mean i did this for hours! they did not like it then i heard him tell some one he was from the la county sheriffs, so i called them . you need to call your local police and make a report so they can do something . that is the only way they can be stoped.please give them as much as they are you . its a total scam. dont believe them . the police dont call and tell you their putting out a warrent for you, they come and get you . please dont bestupid and believe anything they say. tie up their lines make it hard for them. thanks and good luck

This number just called my work. Granted...i filed for loans, but never received anything from any loan company. They gavee me this number to call back and to speak with someone named Mike Carter. I called back and they said he was in a meeting but had to keep puting me on hold while they were trying to explain to me that they are an attorney for Cash Advance USA. They were attempting to contact me to let me know that I was being charged with money laundering and 2 other charges. What is wrong with people? I could barely understand them because their accent was so strong. Sounds like they are from India or something. I dont know but it scared the hell out of me and this has to stop!!
