This is a scam.

A certain "Michael Jordan" with an Indian accent called me on 9/22 @ 12:51 p.m. and on 9/24 @ 8:25 a.m. asking me to call this number (415-952-5630) or my lawyer regarding an urgent matter. First, who calls you regarding official business on a Saturday @ noon? This is not the first time I received calls like this.

I RECIEVED A VOICEMAIL FROM A MR MATTHEWS SAYING DO NOT DISREGARD THIS IMPORTANT MESSAGE N HE HAD AN ACCENT I SHOULD HAVE MY ATTORNEY CALL BACK THIS # 1415-952-5630 WHEN I CALLED BACK A WOMAN ANSWERED AND THREATENED TO SEND A SHERIFF WITH PAPERWORK ON A LOAN I NEVER RECIEVED TO MY JOB TO ARREST ME I KEPT CALLIN THE NUMBER BACK BUT EVERYONE WHO PICKS UP SAYS HOLD AND HANGS UP THEY HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION INCLUDING MY BANK INFO GOING TO CHANGE THAT ASAP

I received a voicemail from Peter Andrews with an Indian accent whose english is hard to make out, of Department of Legal...??? on Monday 9/24/2012 from 415-952-5630 at 12:58pm, regarding an ergency to contact him. When I returned the call, a lady with an Indian accent, who refused to identify herself was suspicious of me and accused me of recording the conversation so she then hang up on me. I called back twice and I heard a beep sounding like an answering machine, then I last call blocking my number in which someone picked up but never spoke. I'm sure our Safety Department is taking care of this matter to the best of their ability knowing that these people are using our identity to gain money. I received a call on saturday 9/22. His name is John Reed from 415-952-5630 also claiming that he needs to speek to my Attorney stating that he has some legal information that I had better attend to. Telling me that he won't say what will happen if I don't do this. So of course (out of curiosity) I hit redial, I get a beeping sound and it hangs up. I did this for a couple of more times. On Monday 9/24 I tried again of course another India man answers and I ask for John Reed and of course he is not there. I proceed to tell him that I have a message from "John Reed" and want to know what this is regarding. Well he states that I took a loan out and I refuse to pay back and that the police will be at my work at 11:00 am tomorrow (9/25) to give me papers as well as take me to jail. I started to laugh because it was freaking hillarious because he keeped hanging up on me when I would ask him when and how much this was for. I said you are being so professional by hanging up on me. He started yelling at me that I will get all the information tomorrow at 11:00am. I keeped calling him back until he put a block on my number. They are a fraud but by the time anyone can get to them they will be gone. I am going to have a friend call them and say that they are my attorney and see what they say. I am going to laugh after that call. They are a fraud and if they want to play that game I can play back.

Unknown calls from 415-952-5630 with a heavy accent from INDIA and says threating for legal action against me if I do not return his calls, how did he even get my work phone number??Company is hard to hear clearly it sounded like John Stevens from Hartford?SCAMMERS

Calling my work and my home numbers telling me he is from the " Department of Legal". And I have to call him back or my lawyer or he wishes me good luck! He told a employee at my work AT MY WORK I was being suied!! First who does that!! They are from India and you can tell he is reading from a script. I will not call them back but I have seen that they have an on going scam! I never have had any loans from this company!There has to be some sort of Legal action we can put on them. The fact they called my work!! Luck for me it was not my boss!!

Well I got the call today and so out of curiosity I called the number back and a woman answered...i asked what all this was about and she mumbled a bunch of stuff saying you will be arrested at your work tomorrow...HAHAHA!!!!! What! I said you are a scam artist and this is all a bunch of crap, she said something all I could make out was crap and she hung up on me. I called again and again and they wouldn't answer. I called the local sherriff office and they said if I would like file a report I could...they think it is a scam as well.

I also got a call from this number. A man with an Indian accent telling me to call Michael. I kept asking why and said there was a case against me. Ok? Crazy people.
