WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife was getting calls from this guy all the time about 9 months ago.At first she was very concerned and called the police. When we would call him back there was either just a beep on an answering machine or the mailbox was full. We kept getting calls from him using different names and phone numbers. Finally one night I answered the phone and talked to him for about 20 minutes. When he asked to speak to my wife "Susan Wood", I said, "this is Susan Wood" He said he thought Susan would be a woman. I said that I was not a woman and my name was Susan. He continued to talk to me giving me the same threats and I acted like I was really concerned. He started asking personal information and I kept giving him fake and very extravagant answers, such as how much I made a month... I would say $465,000... how much was the mortgage on my house I would say I paid $5 a month... Every thing he asked me I had some wild answer for him. He said he wasn't believing my answers, yet he kept asking. I gave him no real information, and he continued to call me Susan. I would then start asking him questions about where he lived and things about him. He kept asking stuff, it was hilarious. Finally I told him why he kept calling us using different names and phone numbers... I finally started sounding annoyed and not scared. I finally ended the call by telling him not to call the number anymore. My wife was laughing so hard hearing me talk to him, and it was really fun to me too. I would suggest doing the same if he calls. He didnt call again after that, until today when my wife got 3 more messages from him. I hope I'm around when he calls again, I need some more laughs... :-)

Received a call tonight from this number stated that I need to have my attorney call them back on a pay day loan that I took out and never paid. I informed them I never took out a pay day loan however they have my ss# and the name of my employer. I was told that I will be arrested tomorrow, I told them great you can pick me up from the County's Sheriff Office where I have worked the last 10 years; they hung up.

I would have pestered the guy for a loan!

I also got a voice message from a "John Steven" this afternoon who wanted information on my attorney to mail legal papers to him and also give him a call back without fail. The message was left by someone male with an Indian accent. I called the number back and a lady who also had an Indian accent answered the phone and spoke to me so fast that I could hardly understand what she was saying. All I could get out of her was that her company was sending the Sheriff to arrest me at my place of work because of an unpaid Payday loan. She had the name of my workplace but when I insisted on more info on the loan she hung up and when I called back she would hang up on me without talking to me.

This person keeps calling me at work saying That I owed money and my lawyer needs to call back. He also threaten me in bad way. 415-952-5630.

I received a call from these people on 10/18/2012 (foreign accents). Claiming that they were Cash Advance/Johnson and Johnson Legal department. He said his name was Sam Jones. He threatened to send the police to my work to arrest me on 10/19 at 11am and I will be in court on Tues at 11am. These same people called me beginning on Mon 10/15 from another number 917-775-5246 claiming the same thing, his name was John Matthews and his superviser was Steve Jones they wanted me to go to walmart and purchase a green dot pack and put $485 on the card and call them back with the scratched off number. They called again on 10/16 stating the same thing from a number 619-704-8331. 10/18 they called from the above number and when my boyfriend spoke to them to demand documentation, they got beligerant and started calling him a African MF. These folks have been a nightmare, they have my social security number and account number and they are very persistent to get money from you. If anyone gets info on how we can stop this, I am on board. We have to figure out a way to stop these fools. The only good thing is, they can't speak English as well as I could, so you are able to out talk them and they usually hang up but they never stop they just call from another number to harrass you.

They called me at work too. Luckily I answered and told them they had the wrong # - that there was no one with that name here. I did the same on my cell phone. They haven't called me since. Best advice - if you don't already admit that it's you - just turn your personal voicemail off if you have one and tell them that they have the wrong #.

I just received 6 calls today from some foreign lady and wanted to speak with my attorney. She said a case has been filed against my social securty number. She said to call Michael Carter immediately at 415-952-5630. I tried several times to call and it sounds like a fax machine. This people are definately scammers don't fall for it!!! She threatened me too

I again started with calls to my work about a payday loan I never asked for. This has been going on for over a year. I have filed a complaints with several differant agencies. I guess I will have to update the records and add this number to my files. Also, everyone should file Identiy Theft with the Credit Bureaus and even with the Social Security Office. Don't agree to send them any money!!!
