Dear Kat, Julia, \andrew...who ever actually still works at Grocery GroupI have read some of these posts. I would like to think I am the ultimate optimistic...so having said that...your message says to contact you via the proper channels. I have emailed \andrew directly. I have emailed info@thegrocerygroup.ca, I have left a voice mail message (yesterday before the mailbox was full today), I have called every 5 minutes today (with no answer and no way to leave a message), I alternated between the toll free number and the 416 #, i requested a call back on your website...so PLEASE CALL ME. I am just trying to ensure that someone gets the message and calls me back. The last half of our order was to be delivered today and no one called yesterday to confirm the time. We called as a precauionary measure as we have had more than a few issues with the firsst half of our delivery. Thats when we left a message. I have kept all my emails and when I speak with someone from grocery group I always ask them to email me confirmation of our conversation. Im sorry to hear Julia no longer works there as she was fantastic. I hope our delivery driver George is still there because he too was amazing! I lost all optimism a few months back. :(I would suggest you stop any payments and get in touch with Duncan at the Ministry of Consumer Services. A lawyer might be a good idea as well and maybe we should all be sending an email of our story to CBCs Marketplace. I've sent my story to them already, maybe if there are enough they'll investigate and help us out.

I am in the same situation except that we paid up front to get the discount they offered. We were never told it would be sent in two shipments and assumed we would get it all at once. Surprised to see what we received we contacted them to be told 'don't worry we ship half now and the other half when you need it". Initially I thought okay seems fair enough...but as you can imagine trying to get that second half has been extremely frustrating. I too have sent email, unanswered and now coming back to me 'undeliverable' and have constantly called the numbers to find the mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. We too have been ripped off by this untrustworthy company. They have been a nightmare to deal with all along and to think we will never receive what we paid for is unbelievable.
Dear Grocery GroupI am one of your customers. I find it interesting that you made this comment on April 15, 2013 which is the exact day that your company, or shall I say Shop From Home, called my phone and left a message apologizing for the delay in our delivery of the food we have fully paid for. Of course this is after I have reported you to the BBB and they got ahold of someone in your company and tried to mediate the solution to this problem you and I seem to be having here. 3 months I have been trying to get you to deliver my food. And your business, Andrew was his name, gave me a grand assurance that it would be happening on April 25, 2013. Well, we waited all day and all evening and no one showed up. No one called to say they were delayed, or otherwise. Since that fateful day of April 15 when you made your last phone call to my cell phone I have never been able to get a hold of anyone from your company to solve my problem. No return phone calls from you or anyone from your company. No way to leave a message on your answering machines because the mail box is full. No emails have been answered by anyone in your organization to my email inbox. You owe me food. Simple as that. BBB gave you 30 days to solve this problem You have chosen so far to not do so. May 10 is this Friday. Unless you show up at my door with my food on Friday...then I would consider your in breach of your contract to me for products purchased and failed to deliver on. By the way... I want my money back which I paid to have my stuff "Rush Delivered"
