please explain to me why my promised items haven't been delivered yet? I have been waiting since i put the order in dec 4 2012, it is now april 23th 2013 and i am still missing most of my order. I was supposed to get the items 4 different times now and no one showed up with it.You are a lier and a cheat. I am out 5640 of my hard earned money and i have nothing to show for it because of your lies and mistakes. I have a large loan to pay and i am still buying groceries because of you.you talk about satisfying customers ? i have never had such bad service before

I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION AS EVERYONE ELSE HERE. THEY OWE ME 2000. DOLLARS WORTH ON A SECOND DELIVERY. I DID GO TO THE OFFICE ON MARKHAM RD AND NOTICED THAT THE LANDLORD PLACE A NOTICE ON THE DOOR FOR ARREARS IN PAYMENTS. ANY IDEA WHAT WE SHOULD DO.

We cancelled our credit card, and our contract on Friday April 19th . There was no response untill today, Tuesday April 23rd, my husband answered the phone at 5:43pm....Katrina from Provider Capital Group... Katrina proceeded to tell my husband that Provider Capital Group was taking over and trying to deliver the Grocery Groups Groceries???? They promised to deliver our groceries by May 1st. Hahahahahahahaha.Many things running through my head....like why would the financial company take over???? What a coincidence that the ladies name is Katrina (or is it Kat/The Grocery Group?) and didn't "Trish" advise someone on this site to have their lawyer "look into the finance company. It is key" !!!!!!!!!!!! I am thoroughly disgusted !!!!!By the way I am also from Thunder Bay, you are more then welcome to email me at vsousa@live.ca

We have also fell for this scam, and would like to join the group of ripped off customers...these people need to be stopped and justice needs to be served.My email is lcouchene@hotmail.com

I would suggest getting in touch with the Ministry of Consumer Services (the info is posted above). If you're making payments cancel them, I doubt you will ever see your groceries. I've cancelled my payments and as soon as I sent the email to the Grocery Group and Provider Capital I got a phone call from both. I've been told twice since then my order was on the way. It should have been here yesterday but isn't... I know.... shocker!!I'm expecting another call from them when they try to take another payment in a week or so. :)I'm also disputing the Grocery Group charges though my credit card company as that's were my payments were being made.
