The Grocery Group staff is really helpful, you shouldn't scar people away. I think you should call or email Katrina, she will help you. She goes beyond the call of duty to help, she even gave me her cell number and her assistant's cell and have texed with both of them. Not sure what happened with your order, but it really doesnt make sense. At least give them a chance to help you. They set me up with Provider Capital Group, not Nelson Financial(??) because I cant afford to pay for it all all at once. My sister was able to pay for it all at once and she got a discount. I have already given my rep referrals because my sister"s boss got her involved and they have gotten a refferal bonus check for '$500.

Wow I had these people bug me I finally cracked and let them come over the lady seemed nice at first this looked like a good deal as I am someone who always leaves the grocery store with more then I need.After much pushing I thought maybe I would try it. Not 20 min after this Betrix lady left I decided it was a bad idea at which point I called the number she had left funny no answer so I called head office after numerous attempts I got a lady on the phone explained that I was no longer interested and wanted the order canceled . I also asked 3x if she needed written notice she said no that the deal was not processed and I was ok, stupid me for thinking she was not full of it I even got her name. 10 days later on the day that I could no longer void the contract I get a call from a finance company claiming they held my loan for my food who finances food? Ya me si I'm told the lady said they do a credit check but nothing about financing , right then I got out the contract called and to my surprise no one remembers the call I gave them the name of the girl she does not exists and The general manager calls me a liar, I can give them my phone records with the date and time but nooooo shame on me for allowing myself to trust some girl at the front desk. Then as a kicker I look on the BBB and the are rated F they were open under another name that went flop disconnected there phone and opened under another name in 2010 ! Now I'm stuck as far as they are concerned noooooo way can people do this what aTrue to their name a big family business bull they are thiefs they lie and steal and that is the Grocery Group

Not sure about Beatrice, but Jim was fantastic, give him a try. He helped us by actually listening to our needs. He had a spread sheet and even asked my kids what they liked to eat. We are overwhelmed by the amount of meat and groceries, he said this will last me 8 months, but he was wong! This will last us for at least 12 months. Thanks again for everything Jim. Just had the chicken and it was very juicy, even for boneless! You have our whole family for life!

wow i dont know whats wrong with my browser plugins but i tested the posting 3 times it came out as boxes. anyways my wife did an order with them and i remember that the meats were delicious.

One last comment, my teenage daughter that has all of the sudden 2 months ago became a vegetarian, just finished off the last of the ribs....vegetarian stage is over thanks Grocery Group! lol My best advice to anyone who doubts The Grocery Group because of the postings on here should pick their fav vacation spot and go on say trip advisor and see the ratings, one sided most times. Like Katrina (customer service manager) told me, "If you are unhappy tell us, if you are happy tell the world" We are happy!!

We had a few missing items from The Grocery Group order 3 months ago but we talked with Amanda who is awesome by the way, she gave us a refund check for it. She replaced the missing items right away.
