Nice spam Debbie. If you are amazed that third-party companies are hired for stuff like this (standard practice for the past 15 years at least), then you are the stupidest "private investigator" who ever lived. The only "case" you have is they shouldn't be calling phone numbers registered on any "do-not-call" service. And that's not something you "build a case against", it's something you simply report to the do-not-call service. End of story. You are doing the exact same thing by spamming this message board - sticking your nose out randomly, in the most pathetic way, to make a buck.P.S. The messages people have left on here have explained everything about this number, thanks folks!
Hang up calls, very regular, mailbox full, if you attempt to reach an attendant by pressing "0" you receive a message from BELL CANADA advising there are no options available and that bell Canada cannot assist you with any complaint. The message is irregular and intended to discourage complaints or feedback.
This number keeps calling me. and I have called the other number to have it stop, it stopped for a few weeks and now it's starting up again.
Perhaps you can tell me the purpose of these telephone calls? Whenever I answer, I get silence and a hangup. You have determined, therefore, that I have a telephone. But what beyond that??No one is asking me to reconsider the cancellation of my subscription. Is it anything more than harassment or a punishment?I hope the newspapers understand that the telemarketers' tactics have only made me more firm in my resolution never to re-subscribe to the Star. So, what is it that I do not understand? Is there a purpose to these calls?
These people have called at least 3 or 4 times a day, EVERY day including Sundays! I've never picked up thinking they will give up and go away. Persistent and annoying telemarketing.
Having been promised "no more calls" when I complained about how the Toronto Star's telemarketers drive me away from ever dealing with The Star again, and after reading your assertion that all I have to do is request that the harrassing phone calls from NCC would cease - they didn't. Two on Saturday and Two on Sunday. So apparently it's not that simple, or your company believes that we are.
this number calls my house up to 5 times a day, every day for the past 2 weeks. everytime i answer, nobody speaks, so i've given up answering. VERY ANNOYING.
Call Centre Worker:Many people work crappy jobs just to put food on the table. Get over it.In this situation, I pay a telephone company for the use of their service. Vince and company do not pay a penny toward my phone bill. Why should I want them to make use of my service? Should I let them drive my car that I license and insure? Let them live in my apartment that I pay rent for? It's "my" telephone number/line and should be available only to me and those of my choice.
