If you ask the to be placed on the do not call list they can't call anymore. This goes will all telemarketing companies.
I don't answer calls from this number - if it is important they can leave a message.
a few years ago there was a ban put on unwanted calls (by owner's request). It worked for a while but I am again bombarded with calls on a daily basis. 416-630-5150 is one of them. Do I have to reapply to have them stopped again?

The ID below is what shows up on mycall display.I have had their number,416-630-5150, blocked for over a year and we still get at least one, maybe two calls every other day. Probably some piece of mechanical equipment that is programmed to call on a schedule.Too bad the bureaucrats in OTTAWA(CRTC) cannot put a stop to this. As seniors we don't need theHARASSMENT, life is hard enough without these calls. We don't answer as the phone rings once, then the block takes over.

Got the same thing DM1 reported. So, I just blocked the number and reported it to my phone carrier.
