You'll be happy to know that they've now moved west to Albertan numbers, as well--personally, don't answer any phone without checking caller ID; if not a recognized number, I let it go to answering machine, where friends using unknown numbers leave brief message, and I can call back immediately.

A call from this number was recv'd at 9:53 am. The receiver was at the other end of the house and by the time I reached it, the caller had hung up. I was curious about the name and number displayed and I looked it up. Some posts earlier this week report they live in Cobourg. I live in the adjacent town of Port Hope--North of Port Hope, that is. I provide that info in the event someone tries to construct a pattern of activity involving these time thieving maggots....
I have started to get calls again from this number, beginning of June, right to present. They have tried to identify as calling from Microsoft, duct cleaning, etc. I have asked many times how they got my number as I am on DNC and have asked them politely and not so politely to not call me, ignore me....
What I have been doing these days to get back at these bozos is get a gmail.com ID and it has a feature that you can call anyone in the US and Canada for free, but it shows the same Google number for everyone calling. I have been calling these morons back at all times of day or night. Many don't answer, but the ones that do you can get revenge on them.Please Pass this on so they can spend the day and night answering irate anonymous callers.HeHe

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
