I keep receiving calls also and everytime I call back noone answers and all they have is there address on there answering machine. It is very annoying. Who can I report them to? and How did they get my cell phone number?
Some body at the above number keeps calling my house looking for someone named Dennis something or other.I have had this phone number since 1987 and there is no Dennis anybody living here.If these calls do not cease, the next person you will hear from is my attorney.Thank you but I refuse to play your silly game, so take heed.
Can some one tell my why these people keep calling me!?! I have two credit cards with capital one, but I make my payments every month, So I should not be getting calls from a collection agency! They also call called from 206-322-4500This just started and its so annoying! Is it a scam whats the deal?
Ive been getting these calls constantly!!! It's so ridiculous!!! When I try to stop the calls they just call again and again!!!
I recieved several calls from this phone #.the man on the other end asked for Steve Warner when i started to ask Questions He hung up on me.I tried to call them back and got a stinking answer systeem.(as it turns out Steve warner reportably gave my phone # as a contact.I have had this problem before From his no good wife and my sons mother}. The third call I found out how was calling and they told me Steve Warner gave my phone # as his contact #. They told me they will take my # off thier list WE WILL SEE
I agree they did the same thing to me when I answered but they call back to back 3 times a day to my cell phone :(
Calls are coming from 425-562-321. The message on my voice mail states there is important information on my T-mobile account. I do not nor never had a T-Mobile account. If this happens to be a debt collector, we do not have any outstanding debt either.
They have called me about 4 times and I never answer unknown numbers. I have *67 them and there is a message saying " do to high call volumes we can not answer but leave your name and number and we'll call you back". I do have debt but that is insane they would ask you for your SS#. Who does that over the phone? Anyway next time they call I will answer and see what it going on. Legally they have to mail you a bill, so screw them if they think they are going to get anything over the phone from me.
The National Do Not Call Registry does not apply to debt collection agencies or businesses you have had dealings with within the past six months. It also will not guard you from Non-Profit solicitors nor political calls and surveys. What you can do is request that the company calling you stop calling you, to put you on their internal DNC list. Federal Law requires credit and collection agencies to comply with this request if you actually state it. Otherwise they can be sued for harrassment.Yes, ER Solutions is a credit collection agency working for Washington Mutual who offers the "Imagine" credit card. If you are not aware of having held this card and a balance, you may be the victim of Identy Theft Fraud - so it will be wise to look into that with Washington Mutual and ER Solutions. Demand an actual "paper trail" of the account be sent to you.
