This number has called my cell number 3 times this month. First 2 times, they did not leave a message, this time I answered it. It was a recording asking for me in my maiden name! I've been married 3 yrs, so that tells me that if anything it's something that is LONG passed the statue of limitations! It gave me 4 selections, press 1 for me, press 2 to put call on hold, 3 for them to call back later and 4 if they called the wrong # so I pressed 4! This cell number is in my son in laws name! It's a family plan and when I call anyone it comes up with his name, so how the hell did they track it to me?! I'm so aggravated. I think if they call one more time, I will contact that attorney in Dallas!Don't these people have anything else better to do than harass people for defaulted bills from 15 yrs ago! They are off my credit report, but I guess it's back on it now because of these ignoramus people!

I am getting the same calls from "ER Solutions 425-562-3215" every day now.I finally called 888-332-7252 listed on that page and after being transferred to 2 different persons, i got one that asked me for my Social or my Mailing address, she said that they were working for Paypal. I told her i didn't know ER solutions and i had no interest of giving her any other personal info, she said "thank you and have a nice day" and hung up on me...

Called my personal cell phone asking for my mother, who would never use my number as a contact for her. Very shady if you ask me.

they keep calling me and I know I don't owe anyone money. They call and hound me at every hour and I am tired of it. I tried to call the number back and I get sent to a full voicemail box that I can't even tell them to leave me alone. Who has those lawyer numbers?

If they can't tell you the original debt, don't send them a nickle! If they keep harassing you, call a lawyer!

This number calls me usually in the evening. I even had a call from them at 10 or 10:30 at night. Called back and it said my call was being answered by Audix Message Center. It said to leave a message after the tone, which I didn't. No clue who it is.

Someone from this telephone number called my cell phone saying that her name is Stephanie and she is with WaMu. She wanted me to confirm my identity by giving her my SSN. I said I don't give out my personal info unless I initiated the call. If this is in fact a collection agency they are clearly violating the FDCPA by misrepresenting themselves. Also, you may want to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection. To do this go to ftc.gov click on 'consumer protection' under that same heading you will see 'file a complaint'.
