i just had that call today at around 8:20AM PST. By the time i answered, I heard a lot of background noise and the caller hung up on me. i returned the call to see who it was and it took me straight to the recording. No way to leave a message, their mailbox was full.

They call me about a 4 year old utility bill from another state that I don't believe I have. They tried to make a deal with me to pay less. I hung up.

they may well be in violation of laws....they keep calling me without identifying who they are or leaving a message.

They called around 4am. Unvbeliable!! I called them back but they wont answer. they called everyday the same time. it is becoming very annoying.

Been getting calls on my cell from here as well. Irritating...

I get two calls at least a day from these people on two lines. I am on the do not call list. Who are these people and how can they be stopped. They are even calling a new cell number that I just got. I do not have any credit cards. I picked up the phone once and pressed the button to speak to someone, I heard them pick up and before I could give them a piece of my mind, they hung up. Thwsw people need t be stopped!!!

Caller was the biggest prick I have ever had the opportunity to talk to. Says I owed 76 dollars for a cingular bill I hadnt paid. I have had cinigular since its conception. Never have owed a nickel to anyone and never missed a bill. The guy Even knew my birthday

this phone number rang about 10 minutes to 3 pm here in miami,fl . left no messages.

They called me and messing with the wrong person,since they were not even looking for me and called my cell phone,the best way is to report any harassing phone calls directly to the FTC(Federal Trade Commision) they are the only organization who can write laws pertainng to consumers and go after these companies and the fines are stiff,recently got a robo calling company and fined them 2,000,000 dollars.Hit them where it hurts and they stop.
