I have received 4 calls before noon on 10/10/2013 and only once did the caller respond when I answered the phone. It was an Asian accented male calling about computer problems. I did a reverse check on the phone number and it comes back 'no listing found for this number'. The number is 425-668-9652.

Got a call from a woman Nov 17th, 2013 @ 2014 HRS PST with a thick/rich Indian accent from this very number. She was obviously reading off a script, saying..."I am calling on behalf of Microsoft Windows and your computer is sending a massive amount of error and corrupt messages to other services providers and clients. We would like to rectify this problem." I said, "Lady...my computer isn't sending Jack sh*t because it hasn't been turned on in two days, so obviously your bullsh!ting." Well she didn't have anything prepared in her quick notes for that reply. Come on...I wouldn't give Bill Gates or Paul Allan access over the phone to my computer. Why the hell would I had over the keys to some 3rd world bottom feeder in Mumbai?

These people called back with a similar caller ID, 011-425-668-9652, which I had not blocked previously. So they are trying to hide or spoof their phone number. Slimes. Microsoft did not assign them to take care of my computer problem(s). Neither they nor Microsoft can monitor my computer unless, of course, they are also the source of a virus, worm or Trojan infecting my computer. Since I don't seem to have any computer issues, they are just trying people until someone bites.

We just had two calls from these guys we hung up the first and the second time i clearly said i know this is a scam and that i was going to report the number to the police....i asked for the guys name and he hung up....so far no more call backs :)

This number has been calling us for weeks now saying there is something wrong with our computer. They claim to be Microsoft. They said we have a notebook which we don't. My husband told them off and what did they do in return curse him out.

A telemarketing type call was received from: 425-668-9652. The voice was indian. The caller said he was calling "from Windows" and wanted to talk about my computer. I asked him to not call back and he said, "fu*k you". He continued on jabbering away like he expected me to listen then and comply.

I just received the same call as many others that have posted on this site. He began with the Microsoft Computer program problem which I immediately knew was a scam. If everyone is getting calls from the same number why aren't the authorities handling this issue.

Someone called from this number saying there was something about my computer but they had to ask what kind I have if they knew something was wrong they wouldn't of had to ask what runs on it. I gave the.phone to my mother and they hung up because they knew we knew!!!

I just had the same guy call me if he calls back just tell him u know its a scam and ur reporting the number to the cops then ask for his name.....he will hang up and not call back

Received a phone call from an Indian person claiming they were from eSolving and that the computer had problems. They took control and changed all of my passwords and now I cannot get in. I am fearing that they are going to obtain all of my personal and banking information and rob me blind. If anyone can help please let me know ASAP!!!
