The phone calls used to be listed under McCarthy, Burguess and Wolf. Now it is A R DEPT, at least for me. I've probably received hundreds over the last year. ATT's sale rep misrpresented when my yellow page was to appear, and also that I would only have to pay one annual check, which is what we agreed to. I also asked when the ad would come out, which was later in the year. What he didn't tell me, is that he included an internet portion that was to immediately start running, so bills starting coming in each month for something I did not want. I tried many times to stop this nonsense. ATT kept calling me initially handing me off to a different person each time, so I'd have to start all over from scratch. I told them, all they had to do is listen to the phone recording, they would clearly see what I agreed to. Nobody ever bothered. They kept sending me bills, and I never heard back from them after about five times. They instead gave me these clowns, which was original MB&W in a letter. The phone calls started, now it's under A R DEPT. I used to answer them a year ago, but the minute I hear any computer voice, I hang up, and of course seeing the number, I know not to answer.

repeated calls from this number and have asked them to stop. I do not owe any bad debts and am not even sure who they are looking for,

they called. they asked for some woman named gail. don't know gail. if it continues, we'll straighten them out...

A man named David Hernandez keeps calling me from this agency. Ask for my bank account number and routing number. Cannot give me details of what I owe just an amount. Does not know when the debt was incurred. Had a wrong address. Very rude to me as a senior citizen on a SS fixed income.What do I do? Where can I report this man? I am not aware that the debt is really mine. They will give me know proof.

i just got a letter today I dont owe this debt I just bought my house and have great credit...Do they send ,letters first then start calling or what I called the company they said I owed money to never heard of them or me ethier .. what do I do ....I want to call them but it dont sound like it will do any good...Confused

1st caller was Brian Caffee, identified himself as calling from a law firm. 2nd caller, David Hernandez also identified the same firm. He has called 5 times. Has an incorrect address. Cannot supply me with an invoice of the alleged debt nor does he know where the alleged debt was incurred. He asked for my bank account number and routing number. I am a senior citizen on a fixed SS income.Today I called the company whose debt MBW say they are collecting for and what a surprize. The company rep nearly burned up his computor, trying to find anything to match what the MBW had quoted me.(Location,address, $amt, ph. #) He had nothing to identify me with anything MBW stated. He told me to ignore them and if they continue to harrass, then call the company back for further instructions on how to file charges.I have already made an installment payment(my mistake) but I won't make another one. Another phone call from David and MBW will talk to my attorney.

they call early in the morning & refuse to identify themselves

i have a letter from a Darlene Rodriquez that states that someone started a business using my name and social. and is asking me for my drivers license number and state of license date of birth and expiration date. she claims she is from a law firm and is asking for over $4000.00. she has called several times and claims she is an attorney for McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff. I live in the state of Delaware and she said she is inquiring about Intuit. A debt that I have no call for and did not accumalate. Has anyone done anything about this that anyone knows of.
