The worst Debt company to hire. They claim they can collllect the debt in 5 days. but it has been 3 months since they took the money from account and had failed to sent the money to their client..If any one get a call from these theives, do your self a favor and hang up on them.
If you are having problems getting paid the money they have collected or any other business practice- contact the TX Attorney General. You can file complaint online. Link to all State Attorney General Websites www.naag.org
LISTEN, YOU NEED TO CONCENTRATE MORE ON LEARNING GRAMMAR, THAN WORRYING ABOUT ACCOUNTING ISSUES. FYI THANKS, THEY PAY EVERYONE, MAYBE NOT ON THE TIME FRAME YOU WANT, BUT THEY DO GET PAID.
Of course you would write something like that. You must work for them. You can't keep no employees there as you hire them to get a couple accounts for you then mass fire them after they have been there two or so weeks and bring in a new batch of unsuspecting people trying to make it in life. We got messed up with these people. We used them to collect a rather large amount from a customer. After 5 months we still have not seen our money. They are claiming bankruptcy that's why they harrass you for business. Don't use them. They are crooks.
Please provide the contact information for who to contact @ HHT to receive even a phone call back to resolve a problem!!Let me fill you in on the truth about Haller Harlan & Taylor. They are in violation of their contract that they made with the company I work for. We turned a customer over to their collections dept in May 2010 - it is now Sept 2010 and we have received NOTHING. We have confirmed that our customer has paid HHT a considerable amount of money and we have seen none of this money.We can't get any kind of response from HHT. No e-mails or phone calls back. We call into their collection dept and when we question them - they hang up the phone. Logan @ HHT who claims to be VP of sales I believe, just hung up on the CEO of our company on 9/21/10 @ approx 930 am. The questions we have for HHT: Why haven't we received any funds from their collection efforts and why can't we get even a phone call or e-mail back?? When asked these questions, Logan hung up.They are in violation of their contract with the company I work for like I stated above because they stated they would provide statements showing what money was collected and what money had been disbursed. Again we have received NOTHING.To whomever replies to this post - please do not accuse me of any kind of slander - I am speaking pure facts and I find it very ironic that the CEO of the company I work for is having to find out how to collect from a collection agency. In my opinion - a complaint needs to be filed with the BBB as well as the Federal Trade Commission and this company should no longer be allowed to do business.
I've been waiting over two months for my money and I will turn them into the FBI if they don't send a check. Thats interstate fraud which will bring them in
Again - people are responding saying use your voice and make complaints. WE HAVE!! HHT does not follow thru with their word and they do not follow thru with their contracts. The company I work for has contacted them on a daily basis for weeks now and have yet to receive a return e-mail or phone call. This has been on-going since May 2010. I think it is very interesting that sooo many have the same story. They turn over an account to HHT and receive NOTHING as far as funds go. We have not received any disbursement of funds from HHT. No contract was ever signed giving them permission to hold the funds - and these funds should be released to the company I work for IMMEDIATLEY.Again we try to contact HHT - we are either hung up on or receive no return e-mail or phone call. If you ask for a supervisor you are given the run-around and are either hung up on or asked to call back.Also - you need to understand the problem is not people not paying their bills. HHT is a company that calls trying to collect dept on your behalf. So these are people that are OWED money. Not people that need to pay their bills. They are a collection agency and there are laws in place to protect consumers and they are in serious violation of many.
If you issues that you need resolved, call 469-298-1200 and ask for a manager. Account are assigned to collection agencies by creditors. We dont determine who is placed for collections.The posting by LOX, seems to be something without specifics, if an account is turned in and the money isnt owed, that is at fault of the creditor. If you did in fact call the creditor, have them call us, I assure you we have a contract on file for the placement of accounts. Customer place accounts in error often and pay us an admin fee for doing so.
