I did call... left a message... sent a fax.But also, turned your firms name and number, as well as the name of the collector, into Verizon. I've read ALL these remarks and having been in the telemarketing field YEARS ago.. I cannot believe this is allowed!!!!According the FCC, I need to notify you in writing, which I did today, and you HAVE to stop calling me. If you do so again, you are reported!

If you are making payments directly to the creditor and we are still calling, that is because the creditor did not or has not reported the payments. Sometimes that slips thru the cracks. We do not have any problem doing that for you. Sometimes records are incorrect, so posting your concerns on this website, frankly tells us that you really dont want your situation resolved.

What time frame is acceptable? is 1 year without a single call from Haller still within your acceptable time frame?i am taking my accounts back from them. i dont care what they say..if they have a problem with it, they can sue me...ill gladly show up to TX court to win by default. they dont have the cohonies to show up
