If you want to get any return at all from the money they collected, filing suit won't help. They have played the corporate shield game too well. However, you can get some satisfaction, and possibly some money back (although that is not likely) by contacting local law enforcement or, better yet, the FBI. There have been numerous cases lately where collection agency owners have been arrested for doing exactly what Michael Haller has done. A case in point is that of Maxwell, Turner and Associates in California. Good luck.

If any of you have been Scammed by Still Water & Stone, JB Mikel & Associates or Goldman & Pearce, you may have been in contact with a Frank or a Jeff or a Mike. If you have please respond to me & we can work together to get our money back. They collected on our accounts & have not paid us our portion. Jeff Buono has filed bankruptcy and his partner is playing the blame game and crying because he makes $2000/month now. All of those businesses are done. They don't have enough money combined to pay back what they owe.

Not only are all of Jeff Buono's businesses a thing of the past, I have learned that he has returned to work with Mike Haller, at NRG & Associates. Not too surprising, since Mike taught Jeff all he knew about ripping off clients.

We too have been had by this company under the name of NRG & Associates. They have made a collect from a past due account of $1500.00 back in November and have not paid us. Continued calls are not responded too. I have filed a complaint with the local BBB and they too have responded that they are unable to make contact with anyone.

Don't accept calls from 1-496-298-1194. The name on the phone ID said Haller Harlan. Person wouln't answer you. I tried calling back and received a message the telephone was not in service. Any one know whats going on?

The guy who thinks he's "smart enough" is the collection manager at NRS National Recovery Systems ..Doug Holmes... See what's unique about NRS is that it is the birth place of the ripoff collection agencies in Dallas. They invented it, they hire drug addicts, alcoholics, and felons then they teach them the art of the scam. NRS was created by Jerry Curtis Rick Steel And the boiler room runner king Michael Haller. NRS created all the problems and ripoff collection workers PERIOD... they are the source. Doug Holmes currently trains and creates the people that decide to go on there own to rip you off in the future and whines when they do it. Its shocking to see him chime in but the main suspect always likes to watch the victims squirm. He secretly admires Jerry Curtis, Rick Steel, Michael Haller that moved on to created Burt & Associates and are insanely rich. Michael Haller branched off to create HHT as his cut wasn't enough and now NRG & Associates. NRG was made after NRS spent tens of thousands suing Haller but Haller always has the last laugh. The spin offs from NRS wont stop ever and their trained top sales people/ collectors go on to make the real money ripping people off on the debts that most companies are too dumb or lazy to collect themselves. Yes i am sure it gets harder but the new kid Tucker Albin & Associates ran by Allen Humphries, is the biggest new thing in the Dallas area which currently has all the talent that made these collection companies billions of stolen money. Doug is just jealous they NRS lost all their talent and have downsized with pay cuts. Doug's a total drunk so his liver will give out soon enough not to worry about that little Indian. Michael Hallar trained all the great sales people that are the key to whole mess of small shops he is the mastermind but he's heartless and greedy. Haller hopes for Tucker to fall as most the fun is brain washing his old telephone tuff guys..so whats to blame for the same ole sales pitch and collection talk offs you know and love. NRS!!!!...if you ever been ripped off that is where it started...Don't let Doug fool ya NRS has stolen so much money they operate legitimate to prying eyes because NRS has been a major source of money laundering for other companies with big names but they still use the same ole tactics that people are getting numb and wise too. Doug Holmes is just trying to be righteous when he's been living on stolen money for years, He's butt hurt because all the spawn NRS created and the Internet communities is slowly killing off his ability to maintain his addictions getting phat paychecks surfing the net, playing I wish NRS still made millions a month.
