The "Do Not Call" list stopped working years ago. The scammers ignore the law and call you anyhow. I have Charter cable and phone service. This year they added a free call blocker to their phone service. It is also free for any landline and it works. The phone ring once and disconnects if it is a scammer or someone using a computer to mass call hundreds of people at the same time. This site will not let me tell you the name(don't know why since I am not selling anything...it is free for landlines!) Hope you can read between the lines. no****mo**ro***bo dot com.

Wait until the phone hangs up, call them back and press "3", this will remove you from their calling list. It's not hard.

"Nate" was smooth and slick. He told me that politicians would pay attention to the results of their surveys of a half million people. I explained to him that statistical sampling could get very adequate results at a much lower cost with samples of a few thousand people.He asked for $20 and I said it wasn't worth it. He asked for $10 and I told him I thought this was a scam. Whenever I objected to something he said, he said, "I understand." Then he kept going with his pitch.He said he'd call again in a month or so. I told him if they asked for money again I wanted to go on their No Call list. He said, "I understand," and we ended our conversation.800notes has 9 pages of calls from them at 470-344-6748.

Sorry, but this is a TRICK that just tells them they have a working phone number. Use a call blocker instead.

Robo call about political nonsence Didnt leave a message so blocked itIve gotten so many fake IRS calls ( including on my fax line I can hear the message on the speaker in the fax machine ) I just dont answer. If I had a relative that borrowed a cel phone Id see a medium and arrange a seance They're all dead

So what if its family or friends that are calling from a different number because its the only way they can call..What boggles my mind is the large number of [***] that think they are to important to answer a friggin phone call!!!
