I get calls from this number almost daily. Ive answered it and its alwways someone speaking Spanish. Its really getting annoying! What can I do? Please help. Thank you

I lasted 1 week as a collection agent. Had to do "skip tracing" to find people. Lexus nexus website has all our info anywhere we lived phone numbers social security emails sent etc etc felt so badly for people be hounded by calls solely because lexis nexis site has their phone number attached to a different person's name. I got a 4806492753 phone call tonight. I asked them to identify themselves they refused. Shocker

Nagging unsolicited call, never respond when answered.

I answer these unknown calls like I'm a business owner: "Hello, (fake corporation name), TJ speaking, how can I help you?" Either they hang up and don't call back or they might ask "Is this a business phone?" and when I say yes (even though it isn't) they often say sorry and they'll remove me from their list.I used to get 30-50 of these calls a day until I started doing that, now I get one or two every once in a while. I answered this one that way and there was no response even when I said "hello?" they just hung up. I doubt they'll call back.This trick works for those people who are getting past the Do Not Call thing.

I get Political Call from this nuimber. I don't answer, but it is not just one political group calling. I have seen reports that sometimes it is NRA,, Republican Party, I believe that it is a number that is run like a time share and different organizations get time on it for calls.

I keep getting calls from this number, too. They hang up when I answer. Could they be checking for when people are home?

This number called the other day but nothing happened. I just received a call today, said hello, and I got no reply at to anything. The ID does say "Political Call".

So i work for pcc and i understand many people would see this company as a scam or a hoax, but really we just get an auto dialer and pitch our scripts. To be honest the job is not a good one and I wont b working there long. Basically they do calls for the republican party, pro life campaigns, and a few others. I have no idea as to how much of the money goes to the cause but i did read a article where pcc got a 1.5 million dollar paycheck for the republican party alone....... All I have to say is if they make that kind of money why do they pay so [***]? But back to the topic If you dont want them calling you ask to be removed from the list, if they call back ask again or call the office and talk to the mgrs. Ps PCC just redid their mgmt from what i hear they were much worse before i worked there so perhaps they are trying to become a good co. I wouldn't tell you to not donate to their campaigns but i would say if you do do research as to the percentages that the cause receives. Good luck to you all and im sorry if i call u lol.
