Yes, this number belongs to VINE - and you are 100% about it being a service used to notify victims & families of the upcoming release of an inmate. GREAT service!
This is called vinelink service...either u or someone registered your #. It is to notify u of someone released from jail. Go 2 www.vinelink.com. enter ur state call number provided press 0 for live person. They can verify and remove u from call list. Hope this helps. I just did it turns out someone else registered my # that had it before me.
Calls constantly but never leaves a message and when I return the call it either tells the number you have called is not accepting or is no longer in service. Now how can that be when that number just called me
you keep calling a 219 area code with the last with the first 3 numbers 613. Don't know who gave you this number but we do not know any one that is in jail or going to court and gets out of jail on the 28th of Nov. Please check your records as you are wasting our minutes.

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
