They keep calling. Finally answered the phone and told them to deal with me through the mail only. As part of the Fair Debt collection practice you have the option to only deal by mail and they have to follow that a action.

I agree with you. I've got collection agencies calling me left and right. I don't ever answer anymore because I don't have any money to give them. My house is about to be forclosed on and my car is about to go too. But I'm not going to get on here and complain about people calling me because they want their money that I borrowed and I spent. IMO, they've got every right to be calling me. The times I have spoken with some of them, they've all been exceedingly polite and understanding. It's real tough times now for a lot of people and they know that. They can see that I paid my bill with them year after year after year. They're just doing their job folks.

I have been getting up to 8 calls a day from this number, no message. I #69'd it to see who it was and get either "not a working number" or one time did get a human who said they were calling for "gave a name" of no one I ever heard of, for debt collection. The calls stopped a few days and then have resumed.

They keep calling the same number; they only want to talk to the person whose is named on the phone number even though they are not available.

These numbers are Citi Card collection calls. I get 6 calls every day. 3 from (502)-522-9998 and 3 from (502)-357-7999. Usually they come in 2's. one from each number.

this co who ever they are keep calling and leave no message, don't have a clue what they want, and when you call bqck the 502-357-7999, it is an invalid phone number please quit calling here if you have mail service, i suggest you use it i intend to contact the attorney generals office in raligh, nc to complain

i don't have any cards with sears of gas, can not figure out what is going on with these people, if any one can get through, then we need to e mail each other to advise don't you think

I have received about 5 phone calls over the past few days from the same number, but didn't answer any of the calls(I didn't recognize the number). I am not late on my Sears account or my Citibank account. Funny though, they only called my cell, not my home or work number. I also tried to call the number back, but it wouldn't go through.

I am getting phone calls from this number 14 times a day with no messages left on vm or anything. One day i answered and the person on the other line was very rude and inisited i was another person of whom she was trying to collect from. I NEVER had a citibank card EVER i wish they would STOP calling.
