this is sears....i do pay my bills and on time so i have no idea why they call 5 times in a row!

calls several times a day claiming to be from citibank/sears card and say that we have an overdue balance.

THey asked for me and I asked what company was calling. Did not answer my question just hung up on me.

I have absolutely no idea what citibank university is? They call constantly. When I ask questions like who do they want to talk to they say this is a personal matter but never say who they want to speak with. When I ask again they hang up.

You obviously work for Sears and have nothing more to do with your time but defend them. When you put yourself or your company in the positon to loan money to the public you protect yourself from loss. Sears obviously has protected themselves from loss, it called Loss Protection Insurance. You do not know what you are talking about, its not personal, it is only business, but that was a nice try!!!!

yeah, me too. I am behind.. they call all of the time. From exactly 8am to almost 9pm. I unplugged my answering machine, and I have turned off my ringers, I just watch the caller ID. I have answered before but they just hang up. I started getting severely behind this past year, too. 2 tried to bring me to court. another has threatened me. Didn't know if I actually had the right to complain about the guy being nasty to me. Cause I DO owe the money. But I have to feed my family first, ya know what I mean??

ok they call me from this number and its an agent that do collection, they get your information from the company services and pretend you are that person they looking for to colect money from you, i called back and an older lady answer the phone and said she belives someone is stealing her telephone line from her, so she will report it to the athorities.

Ive gotten 3 calls from them in one day. the third time they tried changing their number

OMG !!! I can't take it anymore does anyone know how to get this number to stop calling ... I do not have either of these cards citi or sears ..WTF

They call several times a day and won't leave a message. When you call the number back it goes straight to a busy signal. All my bills are current or paid off.
