I GET CALLS ALL OURS OF THE WEEK. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGTH. DURING THE DAYS AND ON WEEKENDS. THERE IS NO ANSWER AND NO MESSAAGE LEFT.

Nonstop collection calls from Citibank Sears card. They are calling a number that is outdated, incorrect, and obviously does not belong to their debtor. I will send them a certified letter ordering them to cease all contact, after which I will sue them in my county for $2,500 per phone call. And I'll win. If you're in California, learn about the Rosenthal Act. In California and other states, you may sue them under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for harassing you, whether or not you owe them any money.

Someone keeps calling me from this number and does not leave a message. When I tried to call the number back, it indicates the phone is not in service.

This number is calling my cell several times a day and on weekends.

Citgo Gas card - they will call repeatedly, every half hour, and they use multiple numbers in this area code, as well as 866, but never leave a msge or identify themselves when they do.

FDCPA or not, anyone constantly calling and harassing me can be made accountable. I record ALL my calls, I keep a log of these calls with date and time. Recording is legal in my state without notifying the other party or getting their approval. When I email a copy of a harassing recording to the calling party it works remarkably well to make them shut up. Taking that to the attorney generals office or submitting to the FTC can also work wonders. All I need is the opportunity to play some of these recordings in front of a judge or jury.

They call from 502-522-9998 and 502-357-7999. Both of which I believe are an India call center reroute. They are debt collectors. Nasty debt collectors. They claim I owe them money. I don't. I sent them a cease and desist letter along with a FDCPA demand letter, certified with return receipt, to which they did not respond. I got the return receipt. They stopped colleing for a few months now they have resumed incessant calls. I have them on tape lying and making legal statements which means the representative is practicing law without a license. They wont stop till you serve them a case and desist. Then if they keep calling you can collect damages for each call. The ONLY power they have is fear and intimidation. Don't allow yourself to be intimidated.
