Same here. Called an hour ago and did not leave message. Now called when I was on other line; still no voice message
We just received a call asking for his legally married spouse, he handed the phone to me. When I said that there is no legally married spouse, I was as close as you can get, they said it had to be a legally married spouse. They also said that it was not a sales call, but business, have a nice day, and hung up. We have no overdue card. As there has never been a legal spouse, I don't think these are legit. Guy sounded like a funeral director.
I pay my bills, and on time.... my calls start at 7a.m.. and go on all day... I have ans... they hang up..so.... seems a lot of us are having the same problem.... getting ready to have my number changed.. fed up...
OK, because of what we read here, we were ready. Received 2 more calls, so we just said Hello, Hello, Hello, and hung up on them.Today, we received one this morning from another number 336-522-8999. Claimed they were Citibank. When asked for a letter as proof, they stated they could not. Told them there was no reason to be calling us, they just said the calls would continue. Received 3 more over the day, did not answer. No message left. I am sending record of calls to Sears and Citibank Corporate as this continues. My goal is to harass the harassers,as I am certain they are a scam or they would be able to prove it with a letter. If we all do this, perhaps it will put a dent in the operation! What do you all think? I will post the corporate websites for Sears and Citibank.
just answered it that from 502-357-7999 on my wife's phone. Have it now in her contacts as "losers" along with Citi and added a crappy ringtone. I paid uoff so foff
They continue to call do not leave a message and I attempted to re-call the number several times,and received a recording: the number cannot be completed as dialed.
Calls are coming in all the time and they have the wrong number...please stop these calls immediately
