This call came in at 8:15 a.m. EST. BOGUS

This is a legitimate number. I found that if you have a Macy's card AND a Macy's VISA (same card) you get 2 DIFFERENT BILLS! AND I couldn't pay the Visa online??? The Macy's was completely caught up but we never got a bill from the Visa - paid them both in full and cancelled the account (s) and told them to NEVER contact me again - not by mail/phone/email.

I blocked the call and it stopped but it started again. Beware this a scam, they keep saying it is Macy's and I have an overdue bill but I paid it on time via bill pay and have a confirmation number.

I have been receiving a call from this number for the last several weeks. They call my cell phone and I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They never leave a message. Very annoying!

yeah this same number calls ALL day long, EVERYDAY except sundays. when I answer, no one says anything. we keep picking up and hanging up but they never stop calling. we say hello and no one says anything. they never leave a message and its getting OLD. they will call from 8 am to 8 pm. ugh.

For weeks now, I've been getting the same call on my answering machine but no message...today, caller left a message asking for me (complete name and last name) and she identified herself as Ms. Brown from Macy's calling about a personnel matter and to return her phone call immediately at 1800-947-6229....I don't have a Macy's account..so this called is definitely a scam

im pretty sure you can call your phone company and get your number removed from the call list or in the phone book. something like that.

I hope someone at that call center is reading this because you keep CALLING THE WRONG PERSON! They keep calling me looking for April Wiggins... I don't know anyone by that name, but apparently she gave my number. Perhaps she picked it at random just to mess with them. Now I am the one getting the calls and getting P.O.'ed because I don't HAVE any debt with these people yet *I* get the harassment. How is that fair? I should start recording the calls and sue them. This is getting ridiculous... for months I have been getting these calls. Enough is enough...

I just contacted Macy's about this issue. My payment was a few days late, but I talked with Macy's weeks ago and worked the issue out. Since then this number has called me four or five times a day. I'll keep you all updated on what Macy's says about the overwhelming calls.

Emily, it could be that you are a victim of identity theft. I would start checking your credit report ASAP! Someone may have opened the account in your name.
