I got a call from this number, It's from Macy, the girl worked in Macy fashion Vally opened a credit account without my permission. They sent me bill two weeks ago, then I called tell them I never wanted it. Now they are sending me another bill. Piss me off!!!

I keep getting calls from this phone number but I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize so I don't answer. They never leave messages and I don't try to call back. After reading these posts I feel better about ignoring the calls.

STOP CALLING ME 10 TO 15 TIMES A DAY. CALLS BEGIN FROM 8:AM TO 10:PM. i AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH FCC. YOUR CALLS ARE A VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS AND THE LAWS YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW.

I also keep getting a call from this number. SO I called it back (since they did not leave a message) They told me it was regarding my Macy's account, which I do not have!!!! He sad they must have the wrong number. Doubt it, don't trust them!!!!!!!!!!!

In another forum, a Macy's employee explained that this is the bank, not Macy's itself. Sadly complaining to Macy's will do little to alter the situation and I doubt that they can easily switch what bank they work with.Macy's sent me back a form reply, I'm not sure that they read my initial complaint.

This company has not stopped calling me even though I called back at least 5 times to tell them to remove my number I do not have an account with them .They start calling at 8 am up to 9pm its out of control its up to 5 x per day .It has to stop it is driving me crazy!

Don't be fooled by the 513 area code... these people are in the Phillipines. They were calling 5-6 times a day - claiming to be from Macy's, about a payment issue and asking for account/ SS# information in order to "verify" my account. I let them have both barrels! THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE BANK THAT UNDERWRITES MACY'S ACCOUNTS. I did not owe Macy's a payment. Payment had been two weeks earlier. Macy's accounts are handled by FSB Bank... in the U.S. So these are either scam artists OR FSB Bank is allowing offshore people to collect YOUR PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION. I put FSB on alert... If I ever get another call like this... I am dumping the Macy's account completely. Can't deal with a U.S. bank, whose business practices set me up for identity theft.

I just received a call from them too. However I did not pick up because I didnt recognize the number.

I just received call from 513 573-8028. They asked for me by name. I asked who was calling and did not understand their name - almost sounded like computer generated voice. They did not identify with a company....but then again, I did NOT give them a chance to talk. I said - quit calling; I am not interested in speaking to you! and I hung up. Totally bothersome.

place called claiming they were calling from macy's. saying that i was late on a payment i checked online and found out that i was not late. payment isn't due for another 15 days so i wonder if it's someone wanting my personal info?
