Individual coming in with a caller id of this number CELL PHONE NY with a difficult to understand accent and call center type noise in the background. Says something about Microsoft but denies being from them. Said I have ignored their emails. I pressed harder and he hung up on me. We are on the do not call lists, so this annoys me. Will file complaint

I received a call from 516-635-4085 (4;22 pm), An male possible speaking with a india voice . Id himself as an employee of Microsoft and the needed access to my computer to check for and fix a problem . I told him "NO' way am I giving him remote access to my computer and flat out told him he was a scam . He hung up. I hope he got the message .
