This phone number keeps calling my cell phone. The first time a guy identifying himself with Microsoft with a foreign accent (Indian?) spoke to me trying to convince me that there is something wrong with my pc hard drive. When I told him I would like to see an email from him; he hung up. Now I am getting 4 - 5 calls a day from this number.

Caller purports to be a Microsoft representative who wants to assist with updating software. After talking with him for a minute or two I determined it was a scam, but went along with the caller to the point it was obvious that he was seeking to secure remote access to my computer for illegal purposes. I have received subsequent calls from same number and, despite requesting to be removed from call list, continue to receive calls.

I just received call from 516-800-0000 at 5.15AM MST. I could hear people in the background but no one spoke. I don't know if they are aware of the time zone change but maybe they should talk to someone. I find it very rude especially since I just lost my husband and don't need this on top of everything else that is oing on. I also have family members in the East that are not healthy. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST but I guess it doesn't apply to the United States.

Is there any way to stop this repeated phone call, from 516-800-0000 ?? Pretending to be "Microsoft",and wanting to fix my computer. No less than 20 calls in the last couple weeks.

I just got a phone call from them as well. I didn't answer, and when I tried to call back the call would not go through. Did you have to report them? Or did they stop calling when you said you'd report them?

Just received a 3rd call from this Hicksville number,.,,, only heard breathing

Relentless calling from this Number

This person called me yesterday twice and this morning...very annoying.

Got the call today. They are Nigerian or Indian. A lot of scam calls come from Hicksville. Probably using an ISP anonymous portal. Gonna do more investigation.
