every other day around 8:30 p m 516-800-0000 calls and hangs up when I answer some how, we do become disconnected I try to redial the number and the phone will not connect.the very last time 2 days ago, I tried and let the phone stay open for 2 minutes finally vzw came on to the line and said that this call was dialed incorrectlyso I made a complaint to vzw and they said, they could not help me,go to google and find out which business owns this number.this info is not available, but I see multiple complaints against this number I will be reporting these people to the federal trade commission.

They are obviously still at it. They have been calling my home since 2/25/14. I did report to do-not-call. I see where the FTC caught and fined the perps in Nov 2013 but obviously they have not stopped. I never answer the phone. Most annoying.

i get 3 to 4 calls a day from this number. just to stop the ringing i pick up and hang up immediately

I just got a call on my cell from 516-800-8000 claiming to be from Microsoft as well. I'll report them once I get to the house

These guys are relentless. They now call me at least twice a day-- and on those rare occasions when I answered (mainly out of curiosity to find out more about who they were, they hung up on me). I find them difficult to understand-- I don' know where they're from or what they're trying to do. Communication with them is practically impossible. I'll try the Comcast solution of putting their number on the "do not call" list though I already have so many numbers there I'll have to kick one off in order to place this one.

I keep getting calls from Hicksville, NY. 516-800-0000. They have called 3 times in the last hour. I am on a do not call list. There was no one on the other end the two times I did answer it the other day.

I just received two calls from them in the last hour. The last time they called it was an Indian accent calling from Hicksville NY. I didn't answer the call but my answering machine did.
